Player Terms

1. Respect Game Masters and other players.
|
|
2. Hacking, duping or using Bug Exploits will result in ban, no tolerance, 1 hacking attempt = ban forever.
|
|
3. To report anything to in forum with SS( Screen Shot ) or Video to prove it.
|
|
4. Do not give your userID/password information to other players.
|
|
5. Do not ask about items/zen or buying/selling/trading/events to Admin Or GM
|
|
6. Do not ask Admin Or GM to remove your PK stats.
|
|
7. Do not make guilds with this characters: ADMIN / GMaster / SERVER NAME.
|
|
8. Do not make fake wars. Your guild can be removed.
|
|
9. No spamming Chat.
|
|
10. This server does not favour any persons /race / religion.
|
|
11. Use of any type of hacks / bugs are strictly forbidden.
|
|
12. Admins do not favour any persons / groups on the server , they are compleetly neutral.
|
|
13. Insults adressed to other players are forbidden.
|
- Bad Words to players: First one = 1 day character ban
- Second one = 1 week character ban
- Third one = 1 Month character ban
|
|
14. Insults adressed to admins / game masters and server staff will not be tolerated.
|
- Bad Words to GM's or Admins: Ban Character 3 Days
- Bad words to server: Ban Character Week
|
|
15. Do not make fake Admin/GM guilds like: *ADMIN* *Gmasters* or similar, this gives imediat ban and delete of Character or the Guild.
|
|
16. Do not make chars Whith fake Admin/GM names or similar.
|
|
17. PK is allowed In 1.GameServer and 2.Sub-GameServer.
|
|
18. In a event on server if any player distrub it and disrespect the GM's and GM's report in forum with SS the player lose 3 reset's, if he don't have reset's he win 2 days ban from server.
|
|
19. Any disrespect from a player in any situtation on server and GM report it in forum with SS the player lose 1 reset, if he don't have reset's win 1 day ban from server.
|
|
20.In any case of losing reset's as penality, if player alredy reach to the limit of reset's, the rule of losing reset's don't apply to him, and in this case he will be banned for 1 week.
|
|
21.Always Vote every 12 hours to Help Server (More Players-More Fun).

Game Master Terms
|
|
|
|
Basic Rules:
|
|
1. Admin and GM always are right.
|
|
2. If admin and GM are not right, see the point 1.
|
|
GMs basic tasks:
|
|
1. Supervision of gaming process.
|
|
2. Organization of different arrangements.
|
|
3. Organization of investigations in order to detect dirty players.
|
|
4. Different consultations of players (not popular).
|
|
GMs rights:
|
|
1. GM has rights to ban a player for allegation in his address, darn, damn and usage of bugs.
|
|
2. GM has rights to send an oral hint or reprimand for malicious violation.
|
|
3. GM has entire rights for setting up order to use force in actions of elimination of violators.
|
|
GMs has no rights:
|
|
1. To do everything what he likes, for example:
|
|
- to kill everybody on the right and left hand, without any reasons.
|
|
2. GM has no rights to interfere in gaming process among players without any valid reasons.
|
|
3. GM has no rights to help personages in their experiencing, to teleport players to quest maps etc.
|
|
4. GM is forbiden to trade with other players.
|
|
And also:
|
|
1. GM can not take off the ban from player who was banned by another GM.
|
|
2. GM wont show what kind of clothes he wears.
|
|
3. GM wont work out clothes for you (dont ask: "Give me some clothes/sets etc?")
|
|
4. Do not disturb GMs in organizing quests, duels etc. (for what you can get a ban or purification of the backpack).
|
|
5. GM wont move you to Noria (if you are in Davias) or to Kalima (you dont have the 350th level, but you are willing to get experience there) or to any other location.
|
|
6. GM will never ask for your passwords.
|
|
7. GMs do not need your goods, maximum; they can ask to show them set for the check, in the trade window. And if it will be necessary, it is possible to check programmatically what wears a personage.
|
|
8. GMs do not make improvement, optional addition and experiencing goods up to +13, dont get caught on such lies.
|
SMS & PayPal Terms
|
|
|

1. Administration take no action if You send wrong code!
|
|
2. The Administration does not force you to send an SMS or use PayPal Transfer, you do it on your own faith!
|
|
3. If You have not enough money on yor phone card dont send sms because you will not get credits!
|
|
4. If you send SMS or use PayPal Transfer you can not ask financial support from us if the service does not work.
|
- You send SMS or use PayPal Transfer from your own will.
- If you send SMS or use PayPal Transfer you agree all terms.
|
|
5. You can not blame administration about your own incorrect keyword or characters nick input.
|
|
6. If you send SMS or use PayPal Transfer you take your responsibility for its cause ( no unlock code recieved, server off...)
|
